Have you visited the “Postmodernism” exhibition in Zurich yet? The Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A) in London is the leading museum for art and design worldwide and until the 28th October it’s unique exhibition «Postmodernism, Style and Subversion 1970–1990», is on display at the Swiss National Museum in Zurich. The exhibition demonstrates a bold new interpretation of recent art and design history and postmodernism, showcasing international objects from the areas of architecture, design, music and graphics. If you’re over in London for the Olympics don’t forget to visit the House of Switzerland 2012 at Glaziers Hall near London Bridge for little taste of Switzerland. Activities, information and fun as well as a restaurant and lots more. Next door there is also a pop-up restaurant, known as the “Bernese Chalet offering typical Swiss fare with images of the Bernese Oberland countryside painted on the walls of what is usually the Mudlark pub! Roger Federer was at the House of Switzerland on Sunday and Diccon Bewes the best selling English author who writes about life in Switzerland has been visiting too.
