The Jungfrau Marathon has already started today and continues on Sunday. It is often referred to as the “toughest marathon in the world” and we wish one of our guest bloggers, Rachel Dale, who is running in aid of Room to Read, all the very best. Participants will be running at altitude through the most stunning scenery.

Well there was sunshine and then showers in Zurich this Saturday and sometimes the rain was more than a light shower! However, there was a great atmosphere at the Doerfli Faescht – lots of stalls, with jewellery, drinks, raclette, bratwurst, thai curry, noodles and lots more. There were also live bands playing and karaoke which all added to the fun. And if you missed out – it’s still going on today!
